Terms & Conditions 1. This sets out the Terms and Conditions (“T’s & C’s”) of your enrolment with Brightpath Maths Academy Pty Ltd (“Brightpath Maths Academy”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and outlines how we work together to support your child’s learning. 2. Brightpath Maths Academy will: Provide high-quality mathematics tutoring services designed to support your child’s academic progress (“Service”). Deliver lessons with care, professionalism, and in line with expected teaching standards. Respect and protect your child’s personal and academic information in accordance with privacy laws. 3. You will: Pay fees in accordance with Brightpath Maths Academy’s pricing and payment terms, noting that sessions are paid in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Communicate with tutors through our administration team unless otherwise arranged, so we can ensure everything runs smoothly. Ensure your child attends sessions on time and behaves respectfully so all students can benefit from a positive learning environment. Provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session; otherwise, the session may be forfeited. Follow Brightpath Maths Academy’s policies and procedures, which may be updated from time to time. You consent to Brightpath Academy recording sessions for quality assurance, training, safeguarding, and service improvement purposes. Any use of recordings for marketing or promotional purposes will only occur with your separate written consent. Not share or distribute Brightpath Maths Academy’s learning materials, as these are owned by us and designed specifically for our students. 4. From time to time, Brightpath Maths Academy may update services, pricing, or policies. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes, and continuing enrolment indicates acceptance of these updates. 5. Brightpath Maths Academy may suspend or discontinue services where necessary, including in cases of missed payments or inappropriate behaviour, to ensure a safe and effective learning environment for all students. 6. Any disputes relating to these T’s & C’s will be handled under the laws of Western Australia. Disclaimer 7. While we are committed to helping students improve, learning outcomes vary from student to student, and we cannot guarantee specific academic results. 8. To the extent permitted by law, Brightpath Maths Academy's total liability arising from or in connection with the Service will be limited to fees paid by you for the affected Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 9. You agree to indemnify Brightpath Maths Academy against any loss, damage, liability, or expense arising from your or your child's misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms. 10. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. 11. Brightpath Maths Academy will not be responsible for loss, injury or damage except where required by law. 12. Brightpath Maths Academy will not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to provide the Service where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 13. Brightpath Maths Academy provides the Service in accordance with good industry practice and at the standard reasonably expected. Brightpath Maths Academy does not guarantee that all written and verbal content is error free, or that that use of the Service will lead to an improvement in academic performance or results.
